What 80s Epiphone Model was this?

Spent many hours looking but can't find, fast/smooth phenolic fret-board, fast thin neck not a C shape and it was a bolt-on, hss emg selects, steinberger whammy system, a beast of a metal guitar, nothing has ever felt the same for metal.

If can't be found I would love to find another with these specs at the $1000 price range, need phenolic frets-24, hss, steinberger whammy, bolt-on neck and thin neck-very important, does Gibson/Epiphone make custom guitars for the public maybe if the price is right?

Custom shop guitars are several thousand dollars.

Jackson makes good import metal guitars in Indonesia. Check out the Pro series. You could probably find a used Pro with EMGs for cheap - I think they've switched to Seymour Duncans now (which I'm sure are fine as well).

I think the current Pro line is mahogny (used to be alder, which is fine too). I'd steer clear of the X-series on account of the basswood bodies.
