1995 Gibson j45 natural top ID

Hey all,

Trying to identify this particular j45 model from 1995 for sale and if it’s worth checking out. I’ve never seen a pick guard like this and always assumed a natural top j45 was actually a j50. Also it has a banner logo on headstock. Could this potentially be a fake?

thanks in advance for info.

Don't think it's a Donovan model which had a cherry sunburst finish, a pickup, and an adjustable bridge.  The guitar in the OPs photo has none of those.  The banner would indicate it is some kind of re-issue of something - don't see any reason why it couldn't be legit.
