Howlin4Hubert Posted April 18, 2009 Share Posted April 18, 2009 Like Rich said it is a thread that is set to always show up in same place in the forum, usually at the top of the forum. It is set so it won't disappear after a period of time or move down or to other pages when new threads are posted. Most of the time it is only a Mod or Admin that can make a thread a sticky and it is usually only threads that are considered valuable to all or have rules for the forum that are made into stickies.
