I just figured it was about time to join the forum. I have been coming in as guest for over a year and have really enjoyed all the knowledge and information. I am not all that computer savvy, that being said.... i am about to attempt to post a few pics of my LP Pictures4-18-09225-1.jpgPictures4-18-09229-1.jpgPictures4-18-09222-1.jpg

Thanks, really had to search around for that one. I have a physical this morning at the Dr.'s, but I am off after that to pick up an amplifier that I did all the chasis work on. It's a reproduction of a Supro Thunderbolt, circa 1966, I am more of an electronics guy, so I had a buddy construct the cab. I am really pumped to plug it in and see what it will do.

She looks good.

FYI..you might want to cover your stand where the rubber meets the body and neck of the guitar. Rubber and nitro don't play well together.

Theres no need unless the arms of the stand are wrapped with surgical tubing. His looks like its foam padded like mine.

Looks great and welcome aboard! Tell us about how you got it...
Well, It was a long and adventurous search for tone and affordability, that being said, I actually bought it from GC. I realize that alot of people bash GC, but here's the skinny on it....... I have been freelancing tube amp mods and repairs for various folks and had gotten to know the guitar dept. manager real well up at this particular GC and he's was always interested in the retro amps I have been building and we built a friendship through me being in and out of the store every week and trading equipment all the time. I had my eyes on this tasty Supreme with brass frets and no inlays, but didn't have the cash ( believe it or not, but he actually lets me see the store cost of these guitars) so he turned me on to this Traditional, right out of the box. I played it for a good hour and plunked down the cash and walked out a happy camper.
