TinFish Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 Not to be a jerk or anything, but why didn't you just put all those pictures in one post?
TinFish Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 because they dont work' date=' they get laggy[/quote'] I see, I've always felt awkward playing on big stages like that, really feels like you're under the microscope.
L5Larry Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 A different generation, a different era, but here's a pic from my gig last Saturday:
MikeRom Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 I see' date=' I've always felt awkward playing on big stages like that, really feels like you're under the microscope. [/quote'] I love those stages - great sound throw Cool pics basshole. Isn't that your amp at stage right, the Ampeg? Hmmm, appearently b.a.s.s.h.o.l.e is a naughty word -
saturn Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 OK..I'm confused. I thought that photo was used in another post and it was of Jesse? Or are you two in the same band? Or am I just all f**ked up?
Homz Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 Bass. Great pics man. I know I should know this, but is the lead guitar your brother Jessy? BTW what's your song list...one's I've heard of anyway.
Thundergod Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 Johnas Brothering, are we? (what's with the johnas pose man?) Anyway... I hope you don't find this offending but in some pics you kind of remind me of a young Lou Ferigno.

RichCI Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 Hey, Basshole. You guys are brothers - how does that work out playing together? My brother (bass) and I play together in our band and have at other times in past. While I feel he sometimes overplays a bit, he and I just lock together when it comes to rhythm and timing; maybe it's in the genes or maybe we just grew up listening to a lot of the same music but it's a really great thing.
ChanMan Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 Cheese - It's not just for breakfast anymore.... Just kidding Jess :-. You guys look good... I'll third the request for the set list!
Basshole Posted April 22, 2009 Author Posted April 22, 2009 Me and my brother teleipathicly Know what each other is going to play, we have built this trust in each other. The stage had some issues, sounds wasnt really balanced, I couldn't hear myself most of time but I trusted my gut. Overall we sounded great. My rig is on the right, its a 70's ampeg 8x10 with fender bassman 135. That was my first show I was somewhat nervous but I played extremly well, I was groving to the songs, and I was smiling, I had ok stage presence. Are set list: Dani California Orginal Orginal Pour some sugar on me Orginal
