SGFAN Posted April 23, 2009 Posted April 23, 2009 http://miami.craigslist.org/brw/msg/1136178621.html Tell me this is a joke.
callen3615 Posted April 23, 2009 Posted April 23, 2009 dot inlays...it's obviously a studio' date=' not a custom.[/quote'] I almost missed the maple board too, maybe its one of those new models...
slab man Posted April 24, 2009 Posted April 24, 2009 Block inlay looks large or maybe just the oicture angle.
Thundergod Posted April 24, 2009 Posted April 24, 2009 Real. He does say it has a "kaylor" (which might stand for "kahler" which is the trem/bridge) Maybe it's stolen or he doesnt know much about guitars aside from playing them... I don't like the price tho
GuitarGuy503 Posted April 24, 2009 Posted April 24, 2009 Personally I'd be suspicious based on the fact theres one photo and hes standing 10 feet away from the LP.
Thundergod Posted April 24, 2009 Posted April 24, 2009 This was a lot funnier with the original picture. I didn't see that one... how was it?
BlackHawk233 Posted April 24, 2009 Posted April 24, 2009 Looks real, but definately modded and OVEEEERRRRRPRRIICEEDDDD by alot.
Corrosion of conformity Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 is it just me, or does the headstock look strange? The guitar just doesn't look right to me
pippy Posted April 27, 2009 Posted April 27, 2009 Difficult to judge on the evidence of one crap snap. Wide angle lenses do strange things to perspective. My first instinct was "Fake" but the horn might be right for a Norlin - they were much sharper in '72. More, and better, snaps are essential. Overpriced by a long way even if it is genuine.
