Today I learned how to post pictures, so I thought I'd share some of my Gibson and Epiphone acoustics. Enjoy!

The one's with the fancy inlays are awsome!

Oops, spoke too soon! The first pic came up. WOW! You could play a different guitar for 15 days straight! Do you have a favourite in the crowd?

I luv 'em all, but if I HAD to choose just one, it would be a toss up btween the J35 and the better of the two McCartney Texans.

I'd like to get myself a McCartney Texan... House of Guitars has one of the McCartney-signed models, but it's going for nearly $5000... a bit out of my price range.

Don't knock the Fullerton guitars either... I have one of their dreadnoughts and it's the best $100 guitar I've ever played.

Beautiful group of guitars Red! I myself would be partial to the matching AJ's on either side of the couch... =D>

Thanks, Taylor Player.

The maple one sounds as you'd imagine--very crisp and clear highs and exuberant mids, with less of the thick bottom that the rosewood AJ has. It's a cannon, of course.

It probably should be in the hands of a better finger picker than I, as it really excells there. It's short scale, and to my eye (and fingers), the nut has been cut for a wider string spacing than the rosewood AJ (though I've yet to take a rule out and confirm this).

It also has a gentle V neck and French heel. Otherwise, it's got the famous AJ bracing and arrow inlays.

I think Gibson should offer a maple-bodied J45 or AJ on a regular basis. I bet there's a lot of people who'd like the noise it makes.
