There Is Now Relicing Wax

Recommended Posts

I have no connection with them, and have never tried the product, but I can see a potential use for it beyond "relicing" - making a pau ferro, walnut, laurel, etc. fretboard darker looking and more like rosewood. If you have a guitar with a pau ferro or laurel fretboard, that might give it a deeper, darker appearance that is closer to rosewood. Again, I've never tried it, but for those folks who don't like the appearance of lighter fretboard woods, it may provide a solution.

Wonder if it would work on my gray hair?????

I dunno man.... I make a big enough mess on my guitars with product that's not supposed to make a big mess.

Never really worried about the pigment of my fretboards. As long they don't have any lacquer on them I'm good to go.
