It was one of the last made in Calif by the Dobro brothers, and was their top of the line model. It's beautiful, absolutely clean. Shiny chrome plated brass. The sound is so cool for blues. They look alike, but the cones and bridge set-ups are very different. Check out the National Resophonic website if you want a newly made instrument.
