slash75
Can anyone tell what model nut is used on the SG Standard 61? https://www.gibson.com/en-US/p/Electric-Guitar/USAEDH414/Vintage-Cherry Looking to replace this and not sure which model would fit. Would prefer something that is pre slotted. Both E strings are a bit to close to the edge of the fretboard currently and would like to fix this. kidblast
when I replaced the nut on my 2005 SG Classic, I went with this Amazon.com: Model 6136-00 Nut Slotted L46.54mm - TUSQ : Musical Instruments It was a perfect fit for the job. Sgt. Pepper
Any luthier worth his tools can sort you out. Bone is nice. Tusq work too.
