Well in this case and from what I understand the Hendrix estate are pretty ruthless when it comes to their business practices... There is no way they are not involved in this and getting their cut. I was just speculating on his thoughts and giving a possible reason why someone would see it that way. Gibson can and will make whatever they want. Epi too.
