gearbasher
Hey JohnT, from your own admission, you can't play six strings! What are you gonna do with nine?
TWilson
Johnt- I was thinking you'd make an appearance soon but didn't imagine you'd be so daft after such a short time! Well, have you hit the "Buy It Now" button yet? Get busy mate, you NEED this axe. It will compliment your leopard skin somoking jacket and red fez quite nicely I think. Why get an SJ-300 when you can have this little darlin' for a fraction of the price? Luckily the battery went dead on the person's cordless hand drill before this guitar got any airier! Good luck and Bob's your uncle. Thebes
mooseguy
Johnt: Great to see you are alive and still GASing. A mere suggestion: Should you acquire this gem-PLEASE let Fred do numerous wee wees on it which will really age it another 10 years over night not to mention the appropriate aroma which will then arise so fittingly from this strange guitar. Regards, Moose P.S. Still haven't found a second Excellente but the search goes on P.P.S Nou Nou is still available for a trans Atlantic romance with Fred but if this requires him to up his daily Viagra intake the deal is off. Taylor Player
Hey Johnt... a 9 string should be only 3/4 as good as a 12 string because.... well it's 3 less! Unless it has Colosi pins in which case it is documented that it will be 4/5th as good as a 12 string due to the increased sustain of the 3 extra octive strings. (Man I wish Thermonik were here to do the math for me!)

Thermionik
. Hey JT - currently have one of those (as in identical) sitting in the bathroom with weights on the neck undoing a gentle warp. It has all twelve pegs and pins and no electrics either - lovely body and no drilling or other ghastliness. Paid £10 at a booty jobby. If you want I could rip three pegs off, drill holes in it, fit a pup and STILL come in at half his price..... .

albertjohn
My dear old thing. Everybody knows that fossilised Sabre Toothed Tiger bridge pins are not available in sets of 9! Duuuuuh!
G u e s t
Smilodon maxillary canines are readily available for turning into guitar pins, you just need to go diving for them in the La Brea tar pits, California. Powerful under-water (well..... under-tar) torch recommended as sight aid. They can be 8" long, and you should get a 12-string's worth out of one head easily.....
