cat&mouse
You have to post the link from the box with the [ IMG ] tags. Then it'll work. It looks pretty nice though. It looks as if a vibrato was attached, do you still have the arm?

80LPC
Coxy, it looks like a late '60s Melody Maker. (Copy and paste the entire link). http://images.google.co.uk/images?gbv=2&hl=en&sa=1&q=gibson+SG+melody+maker&aq=f&oq=
beekun
I sent in the S#30804 to Gibson in 1970 when I bought it. They dated it Sept 1961. I have a J45 made the same week. It is definitely an original vintage 1961 SG. I have the arm somewhere but need to find it. I don't have a good shot of the S# due to reflection but I'll post what I have and try to get a better one. It is hand-stamped (the first three looks like a small 0 because only the bottom loop hit the wqood.
hellion102792
Wow, looks like that Special was really taken care of. Great guitar, never sell it unless your house it about to get foreclosed. And even then, sell the car first. Edit: Oh, didn't fully read the first post and notice that you were thinking of selling. Well, you should be able to sell for a lot providing it's all original. jimmiJAMM
You should consider putting the original tuners back on it if they're still around.
