kmartem
I'm going to kiss some arse right now.Gibson ,for all the grief we give you Thanks for making these great instruments and thanks for lowering prices when times are tuff unlike some other company's who shall remain nameless.I went to buy one of your worn S.G.'s to show support and walked out with a Les Paul Trad Stan Pro.What a nice instrument ,not a flaw on it or the other 3 I tried. It seems like this pleck system is pretty great.Every guitar I've played has been set up real nice.I did'nt have to change any thing on my new guitar and that's never happened before.I've been planing to buy a Paul for awhile now and this model had evey thing I wanted.(I still might go get that S.G.) EVOL!
Fender raised prices. And have you seen the latest line of classic Fenders: Jaguar, Jazzmaster, and some Teles? All made in Mexico which means it probably cost them next to nothing in labor. The price? 800 USD! That's more than the old crafted in Japan reissue models. Although I have a huge desire to own a Jaguar or Jazzmaster someday, I will never buy a new Fender.
