Squeezie
I went to the dermatologist's last month and he gave me this stuff called benzaclin. it works much better than that clean and clear ****. false advertisements suck.
cat&mouse
I've been told to stay away from products containing salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide as these only irritate the skin much more. Cetaphil is a good daily cleanser without any of these two ingredients and is fragrance free and pretty gentle, though I need a moisturizer after using. My drummer had a bad acne problem and his dermatologist recommended Cetaphil along with some prescription topical treatment. I feel your pain. Jesus Is Dead In My Basement
Don't put any products on your face, I have never had an acne problem in my whole life just by not even worrying about it.
Basshole
Try to limit you spicy food intake, cocco intake and wash your face 3 times a day with soap. This is the best way.

TommyK
Watch your junk food intake too. Greazy stuff and those overpriced so-called 'energy' drinks are bad for causing acne outbreaks. When I was younger, one trip to Micky D's and I'd be poppin' zits for two days. Sometimes, though, a Quarter pounder with cheeze and gargantuan fries and a quart of rootbeer was worth it. People's acne is set-off by different foods. For me it was Fries and chips. With my sister it was chocolate.
EVOL!
My advice is simple and seems to work well. 1. Find the mildest soap you can and wash your face twice a day with it. My wife gets us this bamboo and salt soap from Korea. Works wonders and does not contain a bunch of odd ball chemicals like salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. 2. STOP TOUCHING YOUR FACE! You hands are covered in dirt and oil. 3. Rub one out regularly for that special glow.

hellion102792
Minocycline worked for me, along with benzoyl peroxide face wash. Don't get it on clothes though, it bleaches the hell out of them. If all else fails, then:
