Pictures of my les paul

fast fret

Recommended Posts

Hey, I've just thought, I've been on this forum for nearly a year and NEVER posted pics of my guitar. So I took a few minutes to show off my baby. Any suggestions of a name for her?

She's an '06 Les Paul standard, Honeyburst, 60's neck.

I know i should have shown earlier! it's my biggest regret ever:-({|=

As for the flash, my camera's being a bit dodgy and i couldn't turn it off, but as soon as i can i will do.

Honey, that's a fu**ing good idea.

I challenge someone to top that!

thanks for all the compliments, it makes all the work trying to get it worth while!

Sweet guitar. Careful, if you name her "honey" she may have some "honey-do's" for you. Like, honey do raise my bridge more; honey do polish me more; honey my string is flat, please do fix it for me, etc. Hopefully she won't ask if the fretboard makes her look fat...

Of my current harem of 8 (soon to be 9) guitars, i've only named 2 of them.......

My old GLP, is "old faithful"

GarysCam062.jpg

and my beat up old Washburn D-10 acoustic is "Flash" named after Roscoe P Coletrains hound dog on

the origional Dukes of Hazard.

The rest of them will be named IF and when they've been around and played well, long enough to

deserve naming.

Even then, I won't use obvious names such as Honey, Sherri (Sheraton), Tila (Tele) etc. because

I don't want them to have the same name as 10,000,000 other guitars of that model.
