Bluesplayer
All original. George called it "fine original condition." 2 PAFs, Klusons, ABR1, sideways vibrola. Anyone have an idea about market value in this economy?
pohatu771
There's one that was refinished, and has had its tuners replaced, for $3500 on eBay right now. Gruhn is selling one in VG++ for $18500, and another with replaced tuners for $15000. There's another that isn't quite as pretty for $6500. rockstar232007
My Great Uncle bought one 2 years ago for $1,200 (Don't ask), and he was told by George Gruhn, and Elderly Insterments (Lansing, MI) that, it was worth between, $19,000-$25,000.

Bluesplayer
What does "burst" really mean? I also thought it was sunburst, but now I've been seeing silverburst occasionally. Les Pauls were never my thing, so I need some educatin'.
dmeds
Typically, a 2 or 3 tone color scheme; dark trim on the outer edges to lighter color in the center of the guitar. There are varying color shcemes; check out the LP's on Gibson products home page.
