CharlieP
You should check to see if you have strings shorting against one another. It sounds likely. They must not touch one another. All ends should be trimmed back.
CharlieP
You have to manually lock the tuners by pushing each one in.

Tronical
GL3NJ4M1N, 1)Charging: - Remove all strings and try emergency charge mode (manual). 2) Popping out of tuner pegs: Note: If the strings are winding the wrong direction of the posts, then the string tension for mechanic reasons will cause the tuning pegs to move up (Disengage). If this happens, no motorized tuning will be possible. Try this: - Make sure that the strings are leaving the tailpiece and bridge in the correct manner (manual)!! - Pull the pegs up and away from their tuner cases and align the string post holes in longitudinal direction to the neck. - Lead the strings through, pull tight by hand and tighten the lock nuts. Cut the string ends close to its posts, make sure they are not touching each other. - Now rotate the tuning pegs at least two complete turns in order to put more tension on the strings. MAKE SURE THAT THE STRINGS ARE WINDING THE RIGHT WAY. THE POSITION THE STRINGS ARE LEAVING THE POST MUST BE IN THE CENTER OF THE HEADSTOCK, NOT IN UP (BASS KEYS) OR DOWN (TREBLE KEYS) POSITION OF THE NECK PLATE. Push the tuner pegs back in (engage). They should not pop back out now. Tronical You play. we tune.
