Homz Posted May 31, 2009 Posted May 31, 2009 Pathetic loser? Criminal pathetic loser? Convicted criminal pathetic loser? or Would make a good neighbor?
Californiaman Posted May 31, 2009 Posted May 31, 2009 Mr. Liddy lived next door to me for several years during the late 80s. I found him to be a real nice neighbor. We once went to the Richard Nixon Library in Yorba Linda together. He signed a copy of his book for me. What a nice guy. We barbecued and went for long walks on the beach together. He taught me how to rollerblade. One night at a Social Distortion concert we got into a fight with a bunch of football players from Cal St. Northridge. We kicked their asses. Liddy could definitely hold his own. One tough gentleman. Great neighbor.
NeoConMan Posted May 31, 2009 Posted May 31, 2009 Would make a good neighbor? We'd be like two peas in a pod! Smart man. SUPER FxCKING SMART.

Californiaman Posted May 31, 2009 Posted May 31, 2009 You're right Mick, he kept a great yard. I'm talking curb appeal. He even came over and helped me with the hard scape once. One weekend we put in a herringbone patterned walk and driveway using tumbled concrete block. When we were done we got trashed on Sangria and had a neighborhood barbecue. Gordon, that's what we call him, brought a case of red wine and some Puerto Rican girls that were up for anything!!! My buddies band came over and we had a great party. Anyway, thanks for the good memories buddy. Good Times, good times. Oh yeah.
The Mick Posted May 31, 2009 Posted May 31, 2009 Asiatic Lilly's' date=' really.[/quote'] Well F' him then.
Homz Posted May 31, 2009 Author Posted May 31, 2009 Asiatic Lilly's' date=' really.[/quote'] I don't even want to consider your above memories of long walks on the beach with Gordon might be true. I'll just continue to believe it was poetic humor. Don't fux with my vision man.
The Mick Posted May 31, 2009 Posted May 31, 2009 Eye bet for kick when they were drinkin' they would break into motel 6 and short sheet the beds.
Bluemoon Posted May 31, 2009 Posted May 31, 2009 We barbecued and went for long walks on the beach together. He taught me how to rollerblade. Sounds romantic.
Homz Posted May 31, 2009 Author Posted May 31, 2009 Which one of you pathetic losers poisoned my spaghetti. I started feeling really bad just now. dizzy with severe neck pain. That'll show ya not to mess with G. Gordon. For those of you who don't know G. Gordon Liddy is a convicted felon of the Nixon administration who has gone on to host a successful right wing radio talk show. Crime pays in America.

Used to tell us how Nixon would loose his mind and break into some of the most profane tirades. There was this one time, when Nixon had a couple of the Southern Democratic Leadership guys into the white house and they were pushing him over tobacco subsidies and the man just went off on them. He thought there was more important **** going on (uh... Vietnam) and stuff to be worried about the tobacco companies. Nixon through them all out and told them to come back when they were ready to grow up and deal with real world problems.
NeoConMan Posted May 31, 2009 Posted May 31, 2009 For those of you who don't know Homz is a..... ..... just read his posts. I couldn't possibly insult his intelligence the way he does. :-)
Californiaman Posted May 31, 2009 Posted May 31, 2009 Crime pays in America. Oh, big time. Just show up to one of his book signings and see how many people are there buying the books and drinking the cool aid.

Homz Posted May 31, 2009 Author Posted May 31, 2009 And if Homz had a book signing I'd be there to help out too. I think a lot of people would be into him. Don't be blowing smoke up my keester just because I said "genius" about one of your posts. That's like one out of 2000+. Not very good odds. Dizzy with neck pains. Perhaps there is evidence of the effects of prayer. You all shouldn't pray for my demise. It isn't very godly of you. Or perhaps it is. BTW this is also proof there are atheists in fox holes.

Homz Posted May 31, 2009 Author Posted May 31, 2009 Peace out all. Perhaps this is actually a sign of a need for sleep.
Homz Posted June 1, 2009 Author Posted June 1, 2009 I had to do a Murph bump. He too had long walks on the beach with G. Gordon. So I've heard, anyway. :-
Murph Posted June 1, 2009 Posted June 1, 2009 I had to do a Murph bump. He too had long walks on the beach with G. Gordon. So I've heard' date=' anyway. :- [/quote'] Thanks Homz. I missed this, because I haven't been around in a few days because of a gig, and....... A LIFE...... Anyhow, the only time I met him was back in the late 70's in Apache Jct., Arizona, in a bar called the "Lucky Nugget". It burned down in the early '80's after I had moved to Lousiana.... Anyhow, him and Jerry Garcia were doing shots and, Jerry kept wanting to play my '61 Melody Maker, and I finally let him. Libby was telling me about a plan he had to sell juice. I wasn't really paying attention. I smoked pot back in those days, and was doin' shots with him and Jerry. Hindsight is 20/20, huh? Whodathunkit?
