Dear ladies and Gentlemen

The second RRCD Project is receiving entries for the new album, which will be released March 2010.

What is the RRCD Project?

The RRCD Project is a charity cd complied myself and Mike Lowery (both members of Ultimaterhoads and RRTK) and sold over the internet. ALL profits go towards the RR Scholarship at UCLA which helps talented but needy students pay for their Guitar lessons.

Basically we need more music submissions (mp3 is fine over the email) from people like you reading this!! You don't have to be a RR Fan either...

The only conditions are that the piece is your own/out of copyright (no RR solos please), and no more than 5 minutes in length. Any style is welcome, as are all ages-please note, if you are under 16 you may need to get mum/dad to drop us an e mail (see bottom of post)

Last year we raised c.$500 that would have covered a lage chunk of Classical Guitar lessons for a needy student.

Submissions thus far...

ex RR pupil Robert La Fond

ex RR pupil and working musician Janet Robin

Mike Lowery

Myself

The Donster

Chris H

Suzanne Sear

Patrick from UR

Joe (Skezza from UR)

we are waiting on entries from Bernie Torme and a few other guys too!

This is an exciting opportunity to be on a cd with some great artists and also see the influence Randy has had on such a diverse mixture of musicians.

You can pm me here, at UR or e mail me at

sear.1200@ntlworld.com

Cheers and the all the best

Exactly what are you looking for? I don't think my playing style exactly would fit well with a RR tribute cd.

oh wait' date=' i just saw your myspace rr site.... let me check that out.[/quote']

Last year we had

a folk song, an ambient piece, a blues rock piece, a srf style ala the beach boys fun fun fun piece, a Trvium-esque piece, classical guitar etc etc

Think Bruce Lee...

"No style as style, no way as way" =D>

Thanks for the correct link.

FYI: there are some who have problems with certain colors... I can hardly read your myspace page because of that. It's difficult to read at best for me.

I'm just sayin'

The back ground image seems to have disappeared. Perhaps best to just read the original post on here and that is all you need.

"back in the day" and "just sayin"...classics =D>
