djroge1
I just got a text from wife who works across town - about 3-5 miles away and it's snowing. September in Denver.
NeoConMan
(Heavy sigh....) Obviously the effects of Global Warming, I mean... Climate Change, or maybe...... .... maybe that's why they call it weather. Just sayin'.... Don't eat yellow snow. =D>/

TommyK
It's Septbember for crimany sake. Isn't it supposed to snow in them thar hills in September? Global Warming and subsquent Global Cooling, and warming, and cooling and warming.... has been going on for eons. Long before 'we caused it.' Not much we can do to start or stop it, just adapt to it. milod
Oddly I'm some 400 miles or more north of Denver and although it's chilling a bit here at 3,100 feet, the high today still will be nearly 60F, the low slightly above 40F. Up the hill at roughly 5,000 feet, the temps will be a few degrees less today. Odd weather patterns, perhaps, but... not at all unprecedented. m
SHO
I just got a text from wife who works across town - about 3-5 miles away and it's snowing. September in Denver. Ugh, snow. Don't remind me. Then again, as much as I dislike snow when it comes, in the couple of more or less snow free winters we've had I sort of missed it. At least over Christmas and New Years. After that it can just go the hell away.
TommyK
Supposed to get a killing frost this week. The locusts done told me so... then the weatherman agreed.
NeoConMan
100 degrees in the desert. At least the humidity is finally going away for the year.
flyingarmadillo
90 on my patio right now - 40% humidity. Supposed to be 75 for the high tomorrow with bad thunderstorms tonight when the cold front comes through.
rocketman
Great opportunity for me to state that it was nearly 80 here in Buffalo. OK, January is a bit colder but we don't get nearly the snow that people think...

surfpup
Still real hot here too - even though tomorrow is the first day of fall. But since the snow in Denver totally disproves global warming, surely it will cool off soon. :-
