Bluezboy Posted September 21, 2009 Author Share Posted September 21, 2009 15 songs in 2 days nothing like a little pressure for ya. See what I do is stick with stuff I know and I go back a few years. Get calls every now and then to fill in (more bass than guitar) and once you know the rules its pretty simple. But these past few years those rules got thrown out by you younger guys so it took a little while to ramp up with the newer stuff; same rules just tuned down a few steps now. Good Luck with the tabs and the gig. To bad (I'm assuming) their will be no interaction between you and the rest of the band before the gig. One 5 hour practice was brutal enough.
