Andre S
How do you think the black SG standard would look with a silver maestro? Or would the cherry look better? I can't use Kisekae because, last I checked they do not offer the long tail Maestro..

NeoConMan
I'll never own another black guitar, especially a Gibson. I've had two black Les Pauls and the finish swirls/scratches drove me insane. The more you wipe and polish, the more it shows the scratches. Even onstage they can look like sh!t when the lights hit 'em. Been there, done that. Dub-T-123
Neo... I officially covered the rubber on my stand with cotton. I looked at the bottom of my SG to see if there was any stand damage and sure enough there is a very small area of nitro that got totally eaten away. That was it for me. For you people that leave your Gibsons on stands... cover the rubber! Especially on where it touches the neck. That would kill me if my neck got jacked up from something as stupid as that.
