I was looking for a completely unrelated item, strings sticking in the nut causing detune, and I came across your info regarding the gingerburst. I had recieved mine 2 weeks ago from Musician's Friend for $1999. I called and gave them that code. Without more than 5 minutes work you saved me $200. Thanks! By the way, the only complaint I have is the workmanship of the nut. Seems too tight for the G and B strings. Other than that the gingerburst is a steal for a LP standard. Anybody know why exactly? I used the code that night and bought the LP Ginger burst from Musicians Friend. Got it a few days ago, what a deal. The guitar is amazing; it's my 2nd LP Standard. I have no idea why this guitar is selling for less, but is a beautiful guitar, very low action, and sounds fantastic. For 1799.00!!!!! Highly recommended.
