kiddycar
Hi! I have a J45 rosewood made in 2006 and I've notice that the inside label is orange when normally is white. Please can you tell me something about the meaning of different label colour??? Thanks! Stefano Salve! Grazie! Stefano
fortyearspickn
Steve-O, I know next to nothing about a lot of things Gibson related, but most all the labels I've seen are orange. So, until a label afficianado comes by to actually add something worthwhile - don't fret. Your J45 is at least 100%.
J185-4Me
The orange label is 'standard' for that era. The orange label was in use from about 1995 till roughly 2007. At that time, the orange labels were used only on certain guitars, while the white label was used on other ones. Part of the continuing efforts to keep you confused. Is it working?
