Andre S
I was wondering how low you action is set, because on my acoustic, it starts off at a good height and then gets higher lower down the fretboard? Is that normal for an acoustic? Whats your action like?
Fred_Engr
Good Day Guitar action is very subjective, some like like it low like myself who are light pickers both with either fingers and or picks while others like it high so they can can aggressively attack the strings Distance between fret and string with no capo on my two guitars My LL400 High E -----------12th Fret---- 5th Fret-----1st Fret -----------1.80mm------1.05mm ----0.35mm Base E ----------12th Fret---- 5th Fret-----1st Fret ----------1.90mm------1.00mm -----0.40mm Gibson J200 High E -----------12th Fret---- 5th Fret-----1st Fret -----------2.10mm------1.05mm------0.10mm Base E -----------12th Fret---- 5th Fret-----1st Fret -----------2.80mm------1.70mm-----0.55mm Fred "I am Canadian sorry if I offended you and sorry if I did not"

Fred_Engr
Measured with a feeler gauge between string bottom and fret top. Fred "I am Canadian sorry if I offended you and sorry if I did not"
