SeanF
Hi: I have a 1969 Gibson Classical Guitar which I don't play anymore, I bought it about 15 years ago and have acquired four other guitars since. I'd like this one to have a good home, it's still a good instrument. A little crazing in the varnish but good structurally. The Serial Number on the back of the headstock is 841419. Does anyone have an idea if there is any value? if so, approximately how much? Thanks

fortyearspickn
Check on Ebay to see what they are going for. I use to have a C-O and I think they go for approx. $200 now.

Jinder
Hi Sean, Once you settle on a price, please PM me as I may be interested. The C-series classical Gibsons seem to be the least loved of Gibson acoustics and therefore not worth a great deal, but I can assure you I'd give it a good home-I am a commercial songwriter (ie I write for other artists) and also a solo artist, so I play and write every day without fail, and record weekly. I'm not loaded by any means but have been looking for a competitively priced and good condition Gibson classical for a while. I know they're not the most finessed of nylon-strung instruments, but I just love the feel and character of Gibson instruments.
