Silverbursted
Wandering around the local Sam Ash store and look up to see this beauty. The new Les Paul Tribute. R2 styling, P90's, with the Louisville Slugger neck!!! I love this thing!!! if I had a way to get it home it would have found a new home. Anybody else had the opportunity to check this baby out? rocketman
That is nice! I like it. I haven't seen one yet. Now you gave me a good reason to take a drive out to the HOG in Rochester when they get one...

Silverbursted
Yeah i'm not a fan of that puke yellow finish but yeah....probably sounds pretty sweet. The photos were taken on my cell phone, they don't do it any justice. It's an aged Goldtop, not at all yellow. And yea the over wound P90s are awesome. Andre S
I thought with the first Les Pauls the Gibson logo was lower, even closer to the 4th and 3rd tuning posts

ledzep59
Wow that is very nice. I love the top. Did original '52s have speed knobs though?
Silverbursted
Cool looking guitar my only issue with this one is the lack of a adjustable bridge (just like the Jeff Beck Guitar); although some great pics. I thought you would be like on that world tour already? Your still guitar shopping in the states... Hahaha, I'm still on the first leg of the World Tour. I get to come home Friday, T-Giving with the family then I'm off to Greece.
Silverbursted
Its not much of a reissue..its tribute. Exactly, it's not an R2, just styled after one of Les Pauls own guitar.
Bender 4 Life
Wow that is very nice. I love the top. Did original '52s have speed knobs though? They could be dealt with for less than $15 I LOVE the compensated wraparound trapeze !!!!!!!! As long as the nut is cut correctly, and the strings remain the same guage, it stays PERFECT !
