ShredAstaire
It was a fun movie - every movie doesn't need to have riveting dialogue and a highly original storyline (that story has been used HUNDREDS of times in Sci Fi books across the world)....so what? It was a highly entertaining movie and was a lot of fun. My three hours did not drag on (like The Watchmen) and I never once looked at my watch. To me, that's a sign of a good movie...sometimes I feel like the "Character" and "deep dialogue" get in the way of a good movie and can distract you from the total experience. I guess its a preference thing but I like to look at my movies as a SINGLE entity....i don't separate, plot, characters, special effects and music typically.... Though I did think the music in Avatar was very fitting....
