In quel momento lì era molto difficile, e praticamente impossibile in provincia, trovare una chitarra Fender Stratocaster nei negozi. Infatti la mia Oldie è una Limited Giapponese, fra le prime Reissue 70 ... nei negozi non c'era nient'altro, americane quasi zero ( e IMHO facevano schifo ), Reissue sotto zero. matbard Posted March 30, 2012 Share Posted March 30, 2012 Beh quella che dico era una classica '70 comprata in Italia ( da Merizzi ( Torino ) se non ricordo male ) ed era un tre viti. Giurin giurello. Con tanto di Fender Card. Allora potresti aver avuto una serie speciale molto limitata: "These were inteded to be "budget" companions to the original MIJ Fenders..originaly for the western European/ UK market..later sold elsewhere.They utilized "less desirable" design features (Large HS, 3 bolt, bullet etc) to avoid directly competing with the more vintage (50/60's style) Fender lable MIJ guitars. The VERY first ones actuly said FENDER in logo with a small "squire series" out at the HS point, but this was soon changed to the more typical "SQUIRE"... by fender arrangement. Many of the Fender Japan guitars were made by Fuji Gen Gakki (the Ibanez folks..I'm not sure about the Squires..but quality is VERY high, and is much better than any Squire since..only a few Korean Protones, and Squire Series offerings have come close.
