Dunwich Posted January 15, 2010 Share Posted January 15, 2010 I'm really digging the BFG right now and was wondering if Gibson planned to do an SG with the pickup combonation of the BFG. For right now, I'm thinking about selling my LTD and Jackson to get a used Faded SG. Then putting an Iommi in the bridge and Seymour Duncan Phat Cat in the neck. pohatu771 Posted January 15, 2010 Share Posted January 15, 2010 One good thing about the large pickguard is that you can modify the pickup route without showing anything - like a Strat or Tele can. Pohatu, that is an Idea too. But where do I find a pickguard to hold a humbucker and p-90? If I can get it to work, I'll post a pic of the mockup I made using the kisaeke generator.
