The line was actually "borrowed" from William Shakespeare's As You Like It.

 

All the world's a stage,

And all the men and women merely players;

They have their exits and their entrances,

And one man in his time plays many parts,

His acts being seven ages.

I do have respect for the fact that Shakespeare wrote it; I knew that Rush took the line from him. However, they changed it a bit. And plus "Limelight" is one of my favorite songs [thumbup]

 

I'm not changing it. Jus' sayin. [biggrin]
