2 Pickup SG Custom

Or you could go do what Angus (probably) did....

Get an SG custom,

remove the middle pickup,

do a bit of rewiring so the controls work conventionally,

get a standard pickguard,

re-assemble it all an' there you go.... a 2 pickup custom....

stick the 3rd pickup on Flea-Bay.... or better still, sell it to me[biggrin]

Yeah that would work. I might do that one day if i ever get a custom. Heck, i might even put me a maestro lyre tremolo on it if i can find a lefty one.

So what you are really wanting is the custom headstock inlay and binding right ?.......might be a way to get that on a standard instead of

changing out guards. pickups.' date=' and rewiring.[/quote']

yehh thats pretty much what im after, i just love the split diamond inlays and a bound neck haha B)

how would i get this on a standard?

Been trying to find one for a while with no luck. My search has been for a 61 setup with the custom headstock and no trem. Jerry Cantrell has one in the "Check my brain" video' date=' but probably a custom endorsement.[/quote']

Jerry's were custom made for him...

watch and wait...
