toggle switch wiring

hey i have a sg special faded and was wondering if it would be possible to rewire it so both humbuckers would be on when the toggle switch was in the middle position. not just the two humbuckers split half and half, but both on fully (sorry dont know my terminology). if it is possible could you tell how. just thought it would sound cool since i never use it in that position anyway. thanks for the help

Isn't it wired like that already... Using a pair of standard 490R's with the metalwork removed?

That is how it is wired...........but now you have me thinking of 2 split coils and what that would be like.

I do beleive it is that way, but having the split coils combinations would be cool. individual on off swithes for each coil too, Awesome,

yes it is like that already but its only half of each humbucker. kinda like a single coil in the bridge and a single coil in the neck, right? i was wondering if there was a way to wire it so both neck and bridge were humbucking at the same time or in parallel

ok, my bad you guys were right. i was misinformed by the guitar salesman. thanks for the help
