clayville Posted February 4, 2010 Share Posted February 4, 2010 I'm pretty sure sound files must be hosted elsewhere and then linked from here. Many people have publicly available server space as part of their internet service provider's plan, so you might look into whether you already have access to "free" space. For large, high-res .wav files and even big mp3s where the highest quality matters, I use space from my ISP. But for six or seven years I've hosted 128K bit rate mp3s at Soundclick.com They never make me throw anything away and never charge me a dime... so I'm very happy with them. They're what most of the Online Jammer sorts of folks I encounter on the internet use to share "good enough" hobby/self-created music files.
