The axeman
My first post.. I just bought my third Les Paul in 30 years... The limited Edition Traditional in Wine Red... Mine is #17. I got the flyer in the mail a few weeks ago and decided to see if my local Guitar Center had one, and they did... I can't get over how nice the finish is on this guitar.. I'll post some pics soon.. The axeman
Let me throw out a question that I am sure will have a lot of different responses... First, I don't have a good amp.. I am currently using a Crate GX-30M... I tried the new paul through it and it sounds like SH!^... If you could have just one amp hat would it be? I have been playing for over 35 years but, only play for a hobby.. I play a lot of Van Halen, Boston, Bon Jovi and Led Zepplin.. I usually have a BOSS distortion pedal lugged in.. I want something that has a great crunch as well as a great clean sound.. Any suggestions? I can spend around $1800.00 to $2400.00 If need be... eyeball987
Hello. This is my first post also. My girlfriend surprised me with one of these last week! I am going to check the SS# to see if I can tell what number mine is. I also bought a Trad Pro in vintage burst about 5 months ago. Here are some pics of both. I am not a photographer. These are all Class A Amps and if you own Les Pauls you should own a nice amp to run it through so you can get the full potential out of your guitars. Anyways you can deff find one of these in the price range you have to spend. Good luck my friend! Congrats on the guitar too!

Hollyview_Martin
Red wine has to be my fav color with the LP. I enjoy other colors but always come back to Red Wine. Looks great man! Yeah I love the Red Wine color!
dylanita
Congratulations. I´ve always loved that colour. I didn´t know that Gibson offered it again (unless you bought a studio of course). I like to see the maple grain through the finish too. This is my 1989 standard wine red.
