Gibson4life
Cheaper than regular stores?? Like, let's say you wanted a LP Standard for Example, would it be less than retail? ie: GC, MF, Sweetwater, ect. All help would be appreciated since I'm going to the Guitar Show in Dallas Tommorrow. Thanks!!

NeoConMan
They're cheaper if they have to be. If not, prices will be jacked up to cover the added expense. I bought my 2000 LP at a guitar show at the Astrodome in Houston. Got an absolute SMOKIN' deal on it - almost half off MSRP according to the tag. I managed to steal that guitar for $2,500 plus tax when the tag said MSRP was $4,500. A year later, I was talking to Gibson about it and the guy was giving me all the info he had. Including the list price. Actual MSRP was $3,900. Still got a good deal, but not what I thought. Seen it at all kinds of shows. Gun shows, home/garden shows, motorcycle shows, car shows, boat shows, camper/RV shows. Internet has changed that, but those guys will still get away with it if they can.
