No luck at AllParts?

Roll the dice on Ebay.

Might find a real one that you can afford.

and the worst part?

I always knew at sometime I would have a SG, so I was going to buy one from allparts before this exact thing happened. But my parents told me it didn't make sense to buy a part for a guitar I didn't have as yet...

Worst part.

Can someone help me source an aftermarket one?

Allparts.com doesn't seem to stock them again.

Is this what you are looking for?

Gibson won't sell a new engraved Maestro tailpiece unless you send them the guitar and they install it. You may be able to find a plain one somewhere.

Yea I know. Someone here had sent their SG to have it installed, they filled the old holes and everything cost about $700

but compared to $150 for a non engraved one with the holes, I don't see the $700 worth it.

I'd want to go with the engraved, real Maestro just for the cosmetic value. If you're buying an aftermarket product you will be installing it yourself (or having a local luthier do it) so why not look for a real Maestro on ebay or one of the vintage parts sites on the internet? Last resort I'd have Gibson do it. I can't imagine my SG without the engraving.
