Qwank
Hey everyone. I just wanted to share a picture of a Guitar I just picked up. a 1990 Dove. This is the best sounding and playing acoustic guitar I have ever played. It has a crack in the top that needs to be repaired and the bridge looks like its just starting to lift, But besides that its in excellent condition for the age. anyways, here's the pic:

MisterGibs
Looking at this beauty... Man, this is not a guitar, this is a treasure!!! I have ever wanted to possess an ebony Gibson Dove since I saw that my favorite acoustic guitar solo in "Forever" of KISS has been played on this model. And yes - I believe you that this is a "best sounding" guitar. Congratulations!!!! =d> =d> =d> =d> =d> =d> =d>

It's aged beautifully, and it sounds better than the Doves In Flight, but the DIF is only 7 years old!

Dotneck
So.... did ya like it? Yes and no....that was a period I was getting pretty involved with electric guitars...and had an acoustic because I thought I should have one. And in this period I was trying lots of different guitars to learn what I liked and what I didn't. I think what I liked best was that it was red and pretty flashy! I wish I could try it again now that I am properly oriented to acoustic guitars....

grOOved
More eye candy... I love the look of the Dove especially the bling it has under spots on a stage. The Hummingbird and J-45 have that awesome warm glow whereas the Dove sparkles. It's cool how the look is so fitting to the tone. It's what makes Gibson's so classic... I love it!
