Is there anyway to change the tuning peg to the kidney bean Grover, without changing the whole Machine head?

I don't think so.....I mean you would have to have the shaft with gear on it .....and that would have to be exact to the existing and if you had

the bean shaft you would have the rest of the tuner with it as you can't buy just the bean shaft.

Yeah you just have to a conversion kit from Stew Mac.
