Duckslayer74
okay heres the problem, i want to put a coil splitter on the neck pickup of a Gibson Les Paul Studio faded. the things im wondering about are my Les Paul has a PCB instead of the traditional soldering and such and i believe my pickups only have 2 wires not 4 leading out of them. how can i go about putting in the coil tap and will i have to replace the pickup. Eracer_Team
you will need a 4 wire pickup.. not many Gibson's have those...So you'll probably have to replace the pickup Then mess around with the PCB jacks and wiring or just replace the whole pcb with standard wiring and pots
