pdhguitar
Hello eveyone, About a year ago I purchased a Gibson Songmaker CSM guitar, and I could not be happier with an instrument than I am with this one. The sounds seems to just jump out of the guitar, and I have played it at many events over the last year. This guitar has made me excited about playing again, and I am so thankful for finding this model. Thanks Gibson...

pdhguitar
Thanks guys for the warm welcome. I have been playing for many years, and I have owned quite a few guitars. But this Gibson Songmaker is really special. The mahogany used on the back and sides is just beautiful. I used it plugged in at church every weekend, and it sounds wonderful through the PA system. I was telling my brother that if someone sat down and designed a guitar just for me, the Songmaker CSM would be it. From the way the neck feels, to the nice even tone, it is the one for me. [biggrin'] You'd better watch out, people will start thinking you have an "unnatural affinity" for your git-fiddle! By the way.... congratz on yer Gibby. Post some photos. pdhguitar
Yes, I am a cajun. Last name is Hebert, so 100% french. I can see how you would miss having some boudin. That is good stuff. I had some boiled crawfish last week, and I know you miss that too...
