MrNylon
Thanks very much... I had a fellow in Cleveland that was REALLY interested in buying it. I would have even delivered it to him to save him shipping costs...at the last second he backed out. His loss. Absolutely right.

BigSmokeBass
That's a hell of a nice bass, what's it sound like? I did have a LPB but it sounded too mid driven for me/my sound. Got my eye on one of these but hoping the tone to be better :-/ BSB
trapezoid
I guess I can post one of these over here. Very nice rebuild Searcy. Leaving the headstock natural makes those tuners stand out. Good choice on the bridge.

Got my eye on one of these but hoping the tone to be better :-/ BSB It is a very nice bass, I'll be keeping this one forever. With both p/us on it has a bit of a "scooped" tone, neck p/u only has great low-end but not boomy, bridge p/u only has a lot of bite. All 3 positions are very usable, and the TONE control works well. MrNylon
Good looking bass gsg. Do you like it as much as the SG? Thank you Kelvin. I actually like it better than the SG. I like the string through the body, the top strap button is in a location that cuts down on neck dive, and it pulls the E string side of the body, a little closer into my body. I think the one thing the SG Std. has over the Mustang, the body weight.
Lefty Bass
Hi Lefty, what make is this bass - curious to know. It's an Eastwood Classic IV. They make righties in a few different finishes.

MrNylon
Nice bass gsg! First time i've seen a humbucker on a Mustang. How does she sound? Sorry I didn't answer you. I love the the Humbucking on it. The Humbucking is very clear, yet has a bottom to it that is great. The nut is 1.5", Jazz size. And I like the string through the body also. trapezoid
Great Hofner. What strings are on board? Those are the stock Hofner flatwounds, smooth feel and surprisingly still has some bark to it. Thanks gsg
