I bought the cherry sb last week and in my opinion looking a the honeyburst i was not impressed with that color the cherry is more lively. I Bought a Honey the other day I got it, and I wasn't as happy as I thought I would be in the color. Now the Honey shows WAY less wearing than the Cherry. But playability of the Honey is Way up there with just about ANY guitar I have ever played, even with absolutely NO set up from me needed or wanted... This covers are NOT scratched on the back what so ever compared to the Cherry.... But I am glad I bought the Honey... Give me a couple of days and I will put pictures of them side by side...... Amazon probably has less clout with Gibson than AMS (and GC, Sam Ash - who seem to have gotten preference).
