pippy Posted June 15, 2010 Share Posted June 15, 2010 Recently I've become fond of Vintage Sunburst on a Les Paul. I also think VSB suits just about any type of guitar, whereas, as far as the rest of the finishes go it depends on the individual instrument. Cherry-red on an SG looks great but not so good on an L-5, for instance. Arctic white will look 'right' on a few instruments but very 'wrong' on the majority (IMHO).
