ksdaddy
Look like an Epiphone or Orville EO series. Made somewhere in the Far East.

ksdaddy
Harmony Central review Many Epiphones have truss rod covers that say 'Gibson' but they are not made by Gibson; they are imported from one of many countries with people who will work cheaply. TommyK
That's an odd looking guitar. They was odd times for Gibson and Epiphone back then. In case someone is wondering... the butterfly was OEM factory for this blinged out level of EO. Somtimes called a Nova or Nuveau. I believe these wer either plastic bowl backed or had a profound arch making back braces unnecessary. I'm thinking the latter. The crescent and star is an Old, old Gibson heastock logo, as is the shape. We're talkin' nineteen oughts.
