McCartney, and EC were the last 2. It's been awhile now, though. Ticket prices are rediculous!

Add to that, I live a ways, from the nearest concert venue(s), so gas and lodging, on top of those

ticket prices, and it will have to be someone I haven't seen, yet...or in awhile, that I absolutely

HAVE to see. Otherwise, I'll wait, for the DVD! ;>)

Edit: I didn't realize we were doing entire lists??!

The Beatles (my first major "Rock" concert, in Busch Stadium, St. Louis...Aug 21, 1966)

The Beach Boys

Paul Revere & The Raiders

Yardbirds (2 times) (with Beck and Page, on the same stage, Cotillion Ballroom, Wichita, Ks. and, in Colorado Springs)

Byrds (original lineup)

Animals (both versions)

Procol Harum

Ten Years After

Led Zep..

Deep Purple...THE loudest concert, I've even been to...Period!

Lynyrd Skynyrd

.38 Special

Grand Funk Railroad

Humble Pie w/Peter Frampton

BB King

Simon & Garfunkle

The Moody Blues

Cactus

Badfinger

Joe Cocker

Mountain (Leslie West)

The Pretenders

Eagles, Rolling Stones, and Chakka Kahn (Same concert...Arrowhead Stadium, KC. MO.)

Liberace (with my aunt...it was a good show, actually)

Victor Borga (never laughed so hard..hilarious!)

Jerry Lee Lewis (he had his appendix removed, in my hometown hospital)

Bo Diddley

I'll add more, as I remember them....Gosh, that was Decades ago, for some of them. ;>b

I can't list all the acts I've seen over a 34 year period so here are my top 5 in chronological order;

Eric Clapton with Muddy Waters as support. (First time I saw EC. MW came on first and played 4 songs. EC came on and played 4 songs. Then the combined MW & EC bands came on and played for almost two hours.)

Joni Mitchell.

BB King.

Ry Cooder.

Roger Waters; Dark Side of the Moon tour 2008. They played the whole of 'Dark Side'; the whole of 'Wish You Were Here' and selections from every other Pink Floyd album I know.

EDIT : Oh, and I am old enough, and lucky enough, to have seen AC/DC on their 'If You Want Blood...' tour when they played in the old Glasgow Apollo Theatre.

So I guess that's a top six!

Unreal, wasn't it! I miss those days. The only "expensive" ones were like Maiden, Priest and Ozzy and still those were only like $20.

Is this from Yaud? :-s

Seen some smaller bands, went to Q101 Jamboree and saw Crash Kings (put on an amazing show. They burst out into War Pigs and had everyone going crazy. For those that don't know, its a keyboardist, a drummer, and a bassist, no guitar. After the song he jumped up and screamed "Who said you need a fvcking guitar to rock?!?!) Coheed and Cambria (disappointed with them) Papa Roach (show was outstanding, if you like them, they put on an amazing concert) Story of the Year, and some other ones.

I really wanna see Silversun Pickups, but I'm out of town when they come to Chicago, but I should make it for The Dead Weather. Still undecided on Lollapalooza

I s'pose the first big concert would have been the Clancy Brothers and Tommy Makem in about 1961 in Boston.

A few years later add the count, the duke... a batch of folkies, Carlos Montoya...

But after that, mostly stuff I was paid to go to.
