They're pretty cool tuners IMO. I like em. I also like how (on my Tele) the front of the neck is gloss while the back is satin. Also no thick poly on the body. I can't stand that. I really liked the desert sand too.. even though it kinda reminded me of silly putty. Murph, that's a damn nice tele you got! That was always the finish I wanted when I got around to buying one. Dub-T-123 Posted July 25, 2010 Share Posted July 25, 2010 Those are great. I was just curious. I haven't played a Baja but when I went on the Fender forum everybody seemed to be talking about them. By the way I always kinda wanted a Daphne Blue Tele. I definately don't regret the finish I got though. It's a 3 tone sunburst like Murph's. When I get a Strat I'll probably get it in Daphne Blue.
