Tman5293
In my humble opinion, you are making a horrible mistake by not returning it immediately. Why waste $850 on a piece of junk?
Dub-T-123
Some of you guys act like $850 is the deal of a century. That's a very average deal IMO.

mrktwn
A used guitar purchased sight unseen, is going to take a little elbow grease and or investment to get it to the point where it plays well for you. I think this guy is being a little hasty.
NeoConMan
... didn't post, assuming the thread would quickly become a "Guitar Center is evil" thread. Allow me to help! Nice Peter speaks for me; www.youtube.com/watch?v=SrK7kL8QDUg
NeoConMan
All I am told is that there are minor scratches on the pickguard and " from doing what a guitar is supposed to have done to it " So here are some questions for YOU to answer if you can. Tell us this; Would you buy the guitar from them if they told you up front that: The bill will be 850 instead of 803 dollars we told you, hoping you don't really care. It won't be boxed worth a damn, it will show up with the top of it open.... You will look down and say WTF happened? When you take it out you'll be disgusted. There will be nasty smudge of goo on the side of the neck, scratches all over the place, the bottom strap peg all wobbly. We will ship to you whatever was on the shelves of our store. We won't clean the guitar from the goo and other **** on it. We hope you'll be too embarrassed to admit to anybody how badly you got fxcked, so our reputation remains somewhat intact. Would you have bought it from a local guitar shop under these conditions? Wouldn't you have expected a little more than this in exchange for your money? WHY should you pay to get it repaired and cleaned up? You're a fool if you keep it, doubly so if you spend another penny to fix what should not have been wrong. DO NOT do business with people who simply want to fxck you. P.S., The pickups can be easily moved up and down in their spot because they are suspended on springs.
