I recently got a Casino, but it's missing the E on the pickguard (I know, bfd, but I'd like it on it) and I cannot tell what kind of tuners is has. They look like Kluson, but really have no indication of any type. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated. I did see on ebay I could get the "E", but it was 18 bux, that seems a bit ridiculous. RotcanX Posted March 12, 2008 Share Posted March 12, 2008 The tuners are probaby Gotohs (if so they'll say 'made in Japan' on the inside of the mounting plates) or else they are Epiphone clones (usually these have the Epsilon logo on them). The Gotohs are good tuners, the Epis not so much. Good luck with your 'E' search. Your reaction to the $18 price tag shows that you're starting to understand the 'bfd' angle.
